One Ton Gorilla Warfare Walkthrough
One Ton Gorilla Warfare is a great action war game that will keep you playing level after level. The graphics are entertaining and the action is challenging enough to satisfy even the most experienced online war game player. This is the second game in the One Ton series and picks up where the story of the last game left off. If you haven't played the first game, take a moment to watch the intro to get the background of the game. It makes the game a little more interesting although, in fairness, the game is already plenty interesting on its own. Basically, the story is that One Ton, our gorilla hero, is being tortured and experimented on by his cruel creators. In the first game in the series, your job is to help One Ton escape his captors and make his way to freedom. This second game picks up where the first left off. One Ton is now a free gorilla but he feels like there are other poor captives suffering the same cruelty he suffered. Your job is to help One Ton get to the control center and free the remaining captives. Along the way you will have to blast everything in your path and avoid being captured. This is much easier said than done.
One Ton Gorilla Warfare is a unique war game because of the engrossing story but also the way the game itself is played. While many other online war games arm you with a weapon and have you shoot at enemy attackers approaching from the top of the screen, this game requires you to actually move through the level, evade enemies by ducking behind walls or cases and make moves only when you're allowed to. There is quite a degree of skill involved in playing this game, but not so much that newcomers to war games won't be able to get the hang of how the game is played. Experienced players, on the other hand, will love the challenge the game offers and will appreciate the fact that it dares to do something a little differently. This isn't an easy game to get through and you will need to make use of all the weapons that are given to you if you want to get to the end, but the game can be beaten. It just takes a little practice and a little patience.
Things start off with a blast right away in One Ton Gorilla Warfare when you need to use your bazookas to bust back into the facility you've just escaped from. From there the action doesn't stop as you need to blow away enemy after enemy as you try to make it to the command center. Keep an eye on your health (the blue bad in the upper right corner of the game screen). If you run out of health you will be recaptured. You can make it for a little while with an empty health bar but the next shot you take will be the end of you and you'll be captured. Not running out of health isn't always easy though. There are enemies coming at your from all sides. You need to aim and shoot quick. You can hide from an attack by standing behind a wall or a crate, but you can't fire while you're hiding, so you will need to come out for combat. Your enemies inflict a lot of damage rather quickly, so you need to take them out as fast as you can. You also need to keep an eye on your ammo. You definitely don't want to run out. On the bottom of the screen you'll see the weapon you are using on the far left, the number of rounds you have to the right of that and how many bullets you have in each round. When you start out, you'll be equipped with blasters, bazookas and machine guns. The blasters have sixty rounds, the bazookas have two rounds and the machine guns have six rounds. The good news is, there is more ammo to be found and there are health packs to be collected. You just need to find them.
At the beginning of the game, you are told to blast everything and that isn't an exaggeration. If there is a crate, blow it up. You might find ammo or a health pack which will help you get much further in the game. Because you can lose health so quickly, it is important to take every opportunity you get to look for health packs. The same can be said for ammo but to a slightly lesser degree. Although the bazookas and machine guns are great and deliver a lot of damage to your enemy with each shot, you will have your blasters to fall back on if need be. Health is another story. Your health does not regenerate on its own and once you run out your game is over. Take every chance you have to blow up crates to get the health you need. Sometimes getting to the health you uncover can pose its own unique challenge. If you're surrounded by enemies but there's a health bonus right in front of you, look for something to duck behind like a wall or something of that nature to wait until the threat has passed or at least buy you a little planning time. While you can't shoot while you're hiding, you can take a few moments to plan the next best step. Take the chance when you've got it.
Overall, One Ton Gorilla Warfare is one of the best war games online simply because it is so different from other games in the genre. The story is interesting and the game is difficult. You'll need to shoot fast but smart and focus on the task at hand. Do what you can to get your health packs and take advantage of anything you can hide behind. The real trick of this game is to take advantage of everything you're given because you'll definitely need it. Pay attention to your surroundings and blast everything you can. You never know where you'll find ammo or health. Most of all, have fun and be patient. This game can be beaten if you forget everything you know about war games and play this one like the unique gaming experience it is. This game is entirely addictive and will have you going back time and time again for more gorilla warfare action.
